Not only does this reduce our carbon footprint, shipping plants directly from where they are grown ensures plants spend less time in transit. At Greenery Unlimited, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We hope you love your new plants and accessories, but should you have any issues with your purchase please contact us.
Returns and exchanges of non-plant items ordered through our online store are accepted within 30 days of customer receipt, with a valid proof of purchase is provided, and the items are returned in good condition (unused, un-scuffed and unwashed). Expendable materials such as potting soils, drainage, plant sprays, fertilizers etc. may be returned in unopened packaging only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All floor plants (10" nursery pots and above) are final sale only. We only send out plants that are representative of the photography on the site, and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if your plant arrives damaged contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason such as plant size or shape, you are eligible for a swap of the same item within the 24 hour window.
All of our small plants (8" nursery pots and below) are covered under our 30 Day Plant Guarantee. If the plant’s health declines beyond repair within 30 days, we will provide a replacement. Please reach out for care assistance at the first sign of plant health decline. If your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us through this form and we will gladly assist you. Please include your order number when contacting us.
