Who we are
Greenery Unlimited was founded by husband and wife Adam Besheer and Rebecca Bullene. With an incredibly talented team of plant-passionate people, we work together to share our belief that engaging with plants in your home and work spaces will increase your quality of life -- it has for all of us!
Why we do it
After a decade of working with some of the world's largest and most innovative companies on corporate botanic design through our company Greenery NYC, we decided to bring our knowledge and experience directly to our community through our online shop and retail storefront in Brooklyn.
We saw the houseplant trend on the rise, but also saw a lot of misinformation and consumerist attitudes that treated plants as disposable decor. We wanted to encourage the plant trend, while keeping it aligned with our mission of sustainability and respect for botanic life.
Tending to indoor plants creates a mutually beneficial exchange between people and nature, tuning our senses to the subtle needs of living things. When we understand how plants work, we understand more deeply the intricate ecosystems that sustain life on this planet. This understanding motivates us to make choices that honor the earth and in turn improve the quality of human life.

Sustainability
We believe in sustainable practices in everything that we do, from garden refuse removal to paperless billing. It also means we build our installations to last.
Living Wage
We are committed to providing our employees a fair compensation for their work. Our interpretation of running a successful business includes being able to pay our team a living wage for New York City.
Giving Back
