COVID 19 Update

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to recent developments involving the pandemic in NYC, we will be adhering to the following policies until further notice:

• Deliveries will be curbside or to lobbies of building only. Under no circumstances will the delivery team enter anyone’s homes.
• Delivery windows will be 9am to 5pm. If you’d like to request a specific time we can take that into consideration, but unfortunately cannot make any guarantees.
• You will receive a text message when the delivery driver is on their way, which will contain a link to be able to track the delivery driver. Please make sure your phone number on file is a phone that can receive text messages. You will receive a notification when the driver arrives, and will be required to either meet them or ensure that a doorman is available to receive the delivery.

These policies are enacted to ensure the maximum safety of our crew and the city at large. We will be taking extra sanitary precautions during the preparation process to avoid any potential transmission of COVID-19.
