Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to shop with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.
Where we stand
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We do not currently meet that standard in full. An audit completed in August 2026 identified a number of barriers, and we are working through them in priority order. The most significant are:
- Keyboard focus indicators were missing across the site. This has now been fixed.
- Some product colour and size options cannot yet be selected using a keyboard or announced correctly by a screen reader.
- Several areas of text do not meet the minimum contrast ratio.
- Some drawers and overlays cannot yet be closed without a mouse.
We will update this page as each is resolved.

Assistive technology on this site
This site includes a third-party accessibility widget that lets visitors adjust contrast, text size and spacing. It is an aid, not a substitute for the underlying fixes above, and we are not relying on it to meet the standard.
